8th Annual Biohacking Conference Recap
The 8th Annual Biohacking Conference is officially over. I just returned to Arizona from a whirlwind several days in beautiful Beverly Hills, California. Let’s get straight into it!
As always, the swag bag was incredible. This doesn’t count all the extra samples and goodies I bought. I’m not going to admit to being totally off the rails, but let’s just say my credit card needed some cryotherapy after all was said and done.
The main keynotes and lunch took place in the International Ballroom, which is the same place where the Golden Globes are held. There were so many great speakers and fireside chats with Dave.
Dave started the conference with his recommendation to be dangerous. What does it mean to be dangerous? He told us the five traits of a dangerous person:
- Do the right thing even when it’s hard.
- Be peaceful and kind even when others aren’t.
- Make decisions based on data, not emotions.
