Hello Lisa. Thank you for reading my story and sharing your thoughts about food. I think we are similar in that taste, texture, and variety are all important with food. That’s just how we are wired. So the key is to find healthy, good-fuel foods and prepare them in a way that is enjoyable. I also don’t want to give up a feast every once in awhile, but as they say with a feast comes a famine. That’s where fasting comes in. Cheers to delicious, healthy eating!
