Hello Sean. I like your approach to explaining why you like to trade options. The appeal for me is like you said, you can make money even if you are wrong about direction. Also, generally option trades require less capital than buying stocks or other equities. A downside, of course, is that options are complicated, and there is a high barrier of education one must overcome in order to understand how to trade options before doing it with real money. I have been paper trading options since October, 2017 and only just now dipped my toe into the water of real money this month. In case you are curious, my first real money trade was an iron condor on the QQQ. So far so good!
