According to the World Health Organization, household air pollution was responsible for an estimated 3.2 million deaths annually in 2020 worldwide. Household air pollution exposure also leads to diseases such as stroke, ischemic heart disease, COPD, and cancer. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, Americans spend, on average, approximately 90% of their time indoors, where the concentration of some pollutants is often two to five times higher than typical outdoor concentrations.

Remember that song, All I need is the air that I breathe? Well, you might be getting more than you bargained for. What could be floating around inside your home?

  • Allergens
  • Dust
  • Mold
  • Bacteria
  • Viruses (especially Everyone’s Favorite Virus™️)
  • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
  • Particulate matter from cooking
  • Chemical off-gassing
  • Pet dander
  • Ozone
  • Smoke/exhaust particles entering from outside

Our bodies do their best to fight against all these foreign invaders, but why not try to eliminate them as much as possible?
