What I’ve learned so far from Tony Robbins’ new book Life Force

Most people have heard the name Tony Robbins. Maybe you watched the Netflix documentary I Am Not Your Guru. I’ve seen Tony in person once. He was the closing speaker for the Achievement Summit in Phoenix. Tony is intense, embodies pure energy, and can easily command a room of five thousand people. He is known for being a successful coach and has helped millions of people improve their mindset in life and business. He now brings his intense focus and research team to health and wellness.

In his latest book Life Force, Tony describes the health challenges he’s had to overcome. When Tony was a sophomore in high school, he went from a height of 5’1” to well over 6’ in a year. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor on the pituitary gland that gave him a form of gigantism. Thankfully, the tumor shrunk and has not caused any further issues.

Tony also had a snowboarding accident in which he tore the rotator cuff in his shoulder and experienced 9.9/10 pain levels. He avoided surgery and has fully recovered. Tony also had mercury poisoning from eating too much tuna and swordfish. His mercury levels were so high that he had memory loss, extreme fatigue, and his doctor told him he was at risk of going into cardiac arrest. He was able to detox and return to normal.
